### What is zero-knowledge encryption?
Zero-knowledge encryption means your files are encrypted on your device before being uploaded. Cove never has access to your encryption keys, so only you can read your files.

### Can Cove employees see my files?
No. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, Cove employees cannot access your files. Your encryption keys never leave your device.

### What happens if I forget my password?
If you've enabled Cove Managed Key Backup, you can recover your account. Otherwise, you'll need your seedphrase to access your data. Cove cannot reset passwords due to zero-knowledge encryption.

### What file types are supported?
Cove supports all file types including documents (PDF, DOC), images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4), audio files, and archives (ZIP).

### Is my data safe if Cove gets hacked?
Yes. Even in the unlikely event of a breach, attackers would only get encrypted data that's useless without your encryption keys.
